SkaiiyPrints Refund & Return Policy

At SkaiiyPrints, we’re committed to providing a seamless experience for anime T-shirt and poster enthusiasts. Below is our updated refund and return policy for your convenience.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Anime T-Shirts:

  • Must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

Anime Posters (Physical):

  • Must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Note: Physical posters can be refunded if they are defective or incorrect upon delivery. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

Proof of Purchase:

  • Required for all returns (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Note: Digital products and custom/personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at contact@skaiiyprints.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Approval:
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be processed.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 2-7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
  • Items must meet eligibility criteria for a refund to be approved.
  • Physical posters are refundable only if they are defective or incorrect.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@skaiiyprints.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return request first.
  2. Once the return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition, a replacement will be sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, pattern, or color), contact us immediately at contact@skaiiyprints.com with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for free if they haven’t been shipped yet.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Non-returnable.
  • Cosplay Costumes: Returns accepted only for defective items.
  • Physical Posters: Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.
