Processing and Delivery Times

Anime T-shirts:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped out within 2-4 business days.
  • Delivery Time: After shipment, T-shirt delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your T-shirt order to arrive within 12-19 business days in total.
  • Exclusions: Delivery timelines exclude Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Delays during these periods may extend delivery times.

Physical Posters:

  • Processing Time: Orders for physical posters are typically produced the next business day after the order is placed.
  • Delivery Time: After production, physical poster delivery usually takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location and the production facility closest to you.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your physical poster order to arrive within 5-8 business days in most cases.

Digital Posters:

  • Instant Delivery: For digital posters, you will receive an email with a download link immediately after payment. No shipping required, and you can start printing or using your digital product right away!

How to Track Your Order

  • T-shirts & Physical Posters: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for T-shirt and physical poster orders.

  • Digital Products: For digital products, delivery is instant upon successful payment. You will receive a link to download your files, and there’s no need for tracking.

Why Does My Tracking Say "No Information Available"?
